He has led complex multi-jurisdiction corporate restructurings and acquisitions and has negotiated commercial agreements with some of the world’s largest brands. Grant has extensive experience in corporate finance and has been the ultimate designated person and chief compliance officer at a registered investment bank. Grant has expertise in governance and oversight, and regulated industries.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Previously Chief Financial Officer and Chief Corporate Development Officer for Decisive Dividend Corporation; Chief Financial Officer for Cirond Networks Inc., a wireless solutions and security business enterprises publicly listed on the OTCBB exchange and Controller for Workfire Technologies, an internet start-up venture that he co-founded and sold for approximately $150 million to Packeteer, Inc., a NASDAQ listed company.

DIRECTOR, AUDIT COMMITTEE

Over 25 years in capital markets working on Canada’s largest proxy contests and M&A transactions, as securities counsel at a major Canadian law firm, and with the Investment Dealers Association, Ontario Securities Commission and the Toronto Stock Exchange. ICD.D designation and director of multiple public companies. Law degree from Queen’s University.

DIRECTOR, AUDIT COMMITTEE

Managing Director of DSA Corporate Services Inc. with over 15 years of corporate secretarial, corporate governance, client relationship and marketing experience. Previously Corporate Secretary at Independent Review Inc., the organization that runs Independent Review Committees that is a part investment fund governance structures in Ontario.
