Our Story

Seven Oaks Capital Corp. was incorporated to obtain a listing on the TSX Venture Exchange through the Capital Pool Company program.

The Seven Oaks name is a reference to a historical battle-site in Winnipeg where the Metis flag was flown for the first time. A reflection of a core part of the Seven Oaks teams cultural identity as a majority of directors and officers are Metis.

Our company is proudly part of a movement forging the path for Indigenous inclusion in the capital markets.
